30-Day Return Policy

At Echwear, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • With receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photo(s) as proof.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photo(s) for verification.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return your item first. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for your desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets our return eligibility conditions.

Refunds & Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
